GOVÄNA SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
GOväna Fruit and Veggie Supplements offers customers the option to purchase products through a subscription service, which renews automatically unless canceled. If you subscribe, your provided payment method will be charged the current rate every 30 days or at your selected delivery interval. This period is known as the 'Billing Period.'
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To prevent further charges, ensure cancellation is done by the final day of your Billing Period. Cancellation can be done electronically by reaching out to our Customer Happiness Team or by contacting a Customer Happiness Service Representative at 1-855-668-1655. Cancellations take effect on the last day of the Billing Period.
It's your responsibility to maintain current, complete, and accurate information for your billing account. You must promptly update any changes in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date. If your credit card is canceled or invalid, notify us immediately. Changes can be made by emailing support@govana.com or calling a customer service at 1-855-668-1655
Return/Refund Policy
If you're not satisfied with our product, you can request a refund for your first order within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@govana.com. Include your name, order number, purchase date, and banking details in your email. We will inform you of the return process and address. To receive a refund, the product must be returned. Refunds are processed to your bank account within 6 weeks of receiving the returned product. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
